PS3 and ... PSP?
... where the heck is the PSV version?

abzdine4745d ago

strange no next gen version is planned for this year

US8F4745d ago

“All the materials we’re releasing are taken from current platforms and fully in-game, which is at about 70% completion,” he added. “We want fans to get a true feeling of the actual product they’ll be playing on the consoles most own this year, not some marketing dream. Our new engine and systems are dedicated to the current generation of platforms, which will continue to be dominant in the market, but are fully scalable for future versions.”

The last part of the sentence tells me that the ps4, vita and x1 versions are coming too, it's fox engine, it is easily scalable.

XB1, PS4 , Vita & 3DS versions of PES 2015 will be available next year for us.

They wanted to get it right for the remainder of this gen ( 3-4 years ), while also being able to plan for the future.

PES 2015 & Fifa 15 are going to look noticeably better than 2014 games.

Remember when xbox 360 was first released there were some games that didn't look that much better than original xbox.

I have never bought a PES title but I think I will try this for the PC this year since EA is screwing the PC gamers over..

RankFTW4745d ago

Same for my friends and I this year.

No WiiU version.... in b4 the nintendo is doomed haters.

Quite a big blow for WiiU to be fair, I would have thought Konami would sniff an opportunity to capatilise on no Fifa on the platform. Guess ill need to use my PS3 for football games.

DeadlyFire4745d ago

Well they could still goto WiiU, but likely the reception of WiiU is like the PS3 launch. Many waited out the first year or two not sure if they wanted to support the system with so many development problems. WiiU should be easier to develop for, but likely it will take a year of so before Konami fully shift to all the new platforms.

weekev154745d ago

Very inteligent reply. Bubbles to you.

hay4745d ago

WiiU is the last console with PowerPC architecture, something I'd prefer to see in every console now, but Microsoft already proved that productivity plays better role than raw performance and a steep learning curve.

Companies do not care about pimpin' engine with all the fine details to performance and newest technologies. They want relevant product to be made on time and earning money, money, gooold, for which WiiU does not have the install base yet. As @Deadly mentioned, 2 years time.

PANTHER10304745d ago

10 years with the same graphic's engine and now when Konami decides change it and give to us something new, the company is focused only in the old gen, not Vita, PS4, Xbone or WiiU versions. In the other hand FIFA 14 will be released for Next Gen consoles and Vita.

I'm a big fan of PES series, but I'm also tired of the stingy policy of Konami with the same game every year, the company also not innovates, not proposes something new and it's staying in the old ideas and the current systems.

FIFA 14 for PS4 then will be, because I dont wanna to buy a game at 60 bucks for this old generation :(

PlayStation Plus: Stick it to the Man and PES 2014 Free for Members

Posted by Kristine Steimer on May 05, 2014 // Sr. Community Specialist

Tomorrow, PlayStation Plus members get two very different types of games – Stick it to the Man on PS4, an adventure game with platforming elements mixed in, and PES 2014 PS3, the latest entry in Konami’s venerable soccer series.

Stick it to the Man boasts a bright, animation-inspired aesthetic and witty dialogue. You’ll navigate puzzles as Ray, a normal guy with a completely average pink arm sticking out of his head. The extra appendage allows him to see other people’s thoughts and grab stickers from their brains.

Stick it to the man is a great game. It has some issues with controlling the big pink arm thing but I am generally enjoying it

Visiblemarc4410d ago

The pink arm issues basically disappear on Vita, where I played it.

There were some pretty bad sound syncing bugs though at a few small parts near the end.

That said, I paid full price for the game and absolutely adored it. For free, it is another amazing ps+ perk.

Though, I don't regret buying it even though I'd have gotten it free, it was worth every penny.

DigitalRaptor4409d ago

Are the issues that bad? I never realised it was actually available for Vita, but if the issues are bearable, then I might buy it.

nope1114410d ago

Sports.... MEEEEEHHHH. I'll renew next week.

roland824410d ago

Haven't enjoyed any of the free games on ps4 yet

SpitFireAce854409d ago

Did you play Outlast great game loved it:-)

OldAcc4410d ago

Stick it to the Man is my favorite game on the PS4 at the moment.

From the gameplay to the comedy, it's just one of those "feel good" games.

DigitalRaptor4409d ago (Edited 4409d ago )

The game is an absolute gem. Funny writing, great voice acting, superb art style and inventive and fun gameplay.

just in time for the world cup

Immorals4411d ago

360 versus ps3, this is the first time gwg dominates ps+. But if you own a vita or/and a ps4, that's a better offering

Thehyph4411d ago

Still arguable in my book.

Saints Row The Third was free on plus months ago.

Immorals4411d ago

If you ignore that fact, and just compare what's on offer for this month, 360 wins.

Idba4411d ago

Your logic is unbeliable. In terms of offering this month, PS+ wins, even though GWG has SR3. But you should remember PS+ had SR3 8 and a half MONTHS ago. PS+ wins in terms of content, value, quantity and quality

kayoss4411d ago

Can we just agree that gamers with ps+ and game with gold wins?

Talidan4411d ago (Edited 4411d ago )

Compromising? ON THE INTERNET?

(I do agree with you, though)

Talidan4411d ago

Wow, people don't like being friendly about this, I guess.

Fact is, both PS+ and GWG are amazing programs that do a great benefit for consumers. No reason to bicker about which is better, in the end all gamers win when companies are convinced programs like them are a good idea.

deviouslight4411d ago

PS plus is better. Puppeteer offering is great and the newer skull girls over saints row

DROOF234411d ago

ps+ is better by far but im getting annoyed on how they keep giving us boring games on ps4. resogun was sensational, then its gone down ever since then. they gave us deadnation...DEADNATION!!! that made my ps4 crash all the time untill i deleted it. then its merc king, now its some stick it to man piece of crap.

i love sony but they need to give us some better games on ps4.

Am_Ryder4411d ago

I think the best ones were:

1. Don't Starve.
2. Outlast.
3. Resogun.

But aside from those, it has been a little disappointing. Some good discounts at least.

Stenmark4411d ago

PES worth it,underrated for what it tried...

BLAKHOODe4411d ago

I loved SR3, so I have to go with Xbox this month, even though I played the hell out of it already and unlocked all the trophies on it and it's DLC. Still great f'n game.
