Personally, i love a dark post-apocalyptic future story line, can’t speak for all you players out there and i’ll admit I never played the previous game actually before the announcement of Metro: Last Light, i didn’t even know of its existence but after seeing some footage and promotional content i asked one of our EG brothers to fill me up about it. So, it’s a sequel to metro 2033 also before that a novel by Dmitry Glukhovsky and this sequel isn’t based on any specific work. So perhaps like me you missed Metro 2033? Still that won’t be an obstacle for us and neither should it to you, then why deny ourselves of a seemingly interesting FPS single-player story line? “And let’s pray it never happens for real”.
