Sure, World of Warcraft rules the MMO role-playing genre with more than 10 million subscribers, but there's going to be some major new players in the space this year courtesy of EA and Funcom. The former is working on Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning, while the latter is busy putting the final touches on Age of Conan: Hyborian Adventures, a game that's based on the fantasy novels of Robert E. Howard. Those books that featured a certain barbarian who would be later famously played by a future governor of California.

It's another Birthday for a successful MMO, this time Age of Conan.

Funcom has released an update for free-to-play Hyborean RPG Age of Conan. This update adds Facebook integration to the game, allowing users to post certain achievements and screenshots directly to their Facebook accounts.
