Dustin Spencer from Capsule Computers Writes: "The 3DS eShop has brought us some little gems in an overlooked space during the past two years, with smaller developers such as Renegade Kid making a name for themselves with titles full of heart. The almighty Pokemon developer Game Freak have now dropped HarmoKnight on the service, which is a rhythm-based platformer. Sure, the genre is a bit odd coming from the source, but if you have played Drill Dozer, you should know that Game Freak know how to create something other than Pokemon in their spare time. Does HarmoKnight hit the right tunes, or does this little adventure prove to be off key?"

Daav from NoobFeed writes - Nintendo has announced that both the 3DS and Wii U eShops are on the way out. Though the company preempts the news by saying that downloads will still work "for the foreseeable future," that message also implies that your games will disappear at some point. We've enabled consumption at our fingertips, which companies have gladly used to erode the terms of game ownership. Alex DS. from Link Cable Gaming writes: "It’s the beginning of the end for the Nintendo 3DS. After Nintendo announced that they would be ending credit card support for the 3DS eShop, it’s clear that both of these systems will officially ride off into the sunset over the next year or so, at least on the digital side of things. This means that the countdown is on before many of the 3DS’s best games are lost forever."
