Fallout 4 vs. Elder Scrolls 6, next-gen preference

Product-Reviews writes: If you take a look at the official Bethesda Game Studios website you’ll see the latest games listed as Fallout 3 and The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, although we do wonder what their next game will be? With the next Xbox, aka 720, and PS4 launching shortly it makes sense for Bethesda to want a title on these platforms as soon as possible.

Fallout 4 would be our number one choice for the next-gen title Bethesda Game Studios is working on, although it is worth pointing out that there are a number of outcomes, which it would be stupid to ignore the massive PS3 and Xbox 360 user base.

I would prefer Fallout 4 to be the next game.

How about a new IP?

When a new generation comes IMO, it's time to focus on a new IP first, then when you have the hardware under your belt make amazing versions of your previous IP's while mastering the ideas of the new IP.

I love me some new IPs but fallout 4. Fallout is not like most sequels, fallout 3 came out in 08, NV was good but far from being fallout 4 let alone 3.5, and no I am not bashing NV.

I would prefer an unbroken game this new gen

while i agree, fallout 3 and skyrim weren't broken. Broken is nearly unplayable, and these games were still great. Just a few bugs

I have to agree, Fallout 4 please.

I'd rather elder scrolls online then another elder scrolls, and would love another fall out game single player.

Out of all the Bethesda games, the fallout series is the best tome. Nothing like a well placed pip boy rocket shot and slo mo from start to finish. Best companion tool ever put into a shooter.

They need to look at Morrowind and see what the progression should have been from there instead of the regression we got with the next 2 games. They weren’t horrible games but they could have been so much more.

Fallout 4 just felt too streamlined and accessible to me, the perk system was not as fun as it was in Fallout 3, not saying Fallout 3 didn't have issues but 4 just felt like a complete step back.

So the part where you just sold the same games for the last 10 years while you focused on 76 and merch, was not a reset from the "creative" aspect eh? How very Todd of you.

I bought Fallout 4 (I loved Fallout 3) at launch and I couldn't bring myself to finish it or even get close to finishing it. It was soooo damned boring and bland. I played on a very hard difficulty and I had hundreds of stimpaks. One of the only games I've played for a while and not ended up finishing it. I hated it. Just flat out hated it.
