Unwrapping a brand new game, and finding two discs inside: one the single-player campaign and one the multiplayer component is a common pet hate for many gamers.
Somewhere in this previous generation, there seems to have been a paradigm shift where suddenly the multiplayer disc is the very first thing you see. Forget the single-player disc; that’s being essentially tea-bagged by the ‘super party fun time’ disc.
Lets not even get started on those weirdos who don’t even bother with the single-player campaign and dive straight in to online multiplayer. Sorry, maybe we are a little old-skool, but we find that really odd.

no absolutely not, MP works for some games and it just doesnt fit and or ruins other games, i mean even if the MP is done well its gonna die 4 months after the game comes out to the juggernauts out there like COD,Halo, Gears... Etc... and if its EA the servers will prolly get shut down and fuck you out of achs permanently. All i'll say is bioshock 1 was my game of the year and part 2.... doesnt even register, and spec ops the line was an incredible game(a sleeper hit if you havent played that go do it now thank me later) and the mp was just a tacked on laggy POS...
i could also rage on some games that added mp that i hate with a passion but i dont want the hate so i wont lol
Absolutely not!
For all that is good and pure - NO!!!
