Ubisoft publishing randomly generated frantic platformer Cloudberry Kingdom this spring

The two-man dev team over at Pwnee Studios has revealed that its randomly generated platformer Cloudberry Kingdom will be heading to PS Vita later this spring. And it's all thanks to Ubisoft.

Cloudberry Kingdom first captured the attention of the gaming public when it appeared on crowdfunding site Kickstarter last year. By that time, however, the Pwnee Studios duo (Jordan Fisher and TJ Lutz) had already been working on the project for three years. Randomly generated... That word makes almost any game a must buy for me. It gives so much replay value. I shall be looking forward to this.

Im surprised that in this day and age of gaming as to why we dont have games with randomly generated enemies. Gets kinda boring having to fight the same enemy designs over and over again with the same tactics.

I can't sit here and act like I know these workers financial situations. And I'm sure nobody wakes up WANTING to go to court. But for the sake of the industry, I wish some of these types of cases made it to trial.

Settlements allow companies to continue to do whatever abusive practices they do. While the trials (should the company lose) would actually force real changes for the better.

But again, I'm not in these workers shoes and I can understand them not wanting to risk it.
