You do know (as the people who live in england will know as well), these are the same offers/bundles which were offered before just at a lower price. This really isn't news.

IamPS3 - I'm glad you know what everyone wants.. "KZ2, LBP, Haze, Motorstorm 2" I'm going to pass on those games until I get a demo and play them.. But, I'll give ya the other three.

I work at the Milton Keynes Zavvi store in the games department. Just to let you know our website is almost a seperate company to us, they are based in Jersey so you don't have to pay VAT so prices will varry.

If you go into a store we have got differn't bundles going on, that £210 is the cheapest.

There is one for £250/£260 and you get 5 games in it. And Halo 3 assassins and I Army of two are in it. The new bundles came in yesterday. But yeah as deals go we are doing a pretty cool one.

The war's over in Europe - 360 had a MASSIVE cut last year too in mainland Europe, while PS3 blew past and actually sold out in many places in France, Spain, Germany. Now imagine having the most killer software like GT5, MGS4, Motorstorm 2, Resistance 2, Killzone 2, Littlebigplanet - all will sell more than Gears 2 which will be 360's highest selling game this year.

a price cut would not effect ms at all, ps3's price cuts on the other hand are indeed constricting sony.

if ms was to drop the 360 even lower sony would do little about it, the only thing they would do at that point would be to make a biger bundle for the ps3 and leaving it at it's same price.

wii has not yet made it's price drop yet.

why does everything these companies do have to mean they are desperate.
Sony had to lower its prize because people simply demanded it, you wont find many people willing to pay 600$ for a gaming machine so they basically had to start over with new SKUs. 360, they have to lower their prize to stay competitive, they have no big name games coming until gears2 and if a simply 50$ prize cut will keep them going until then why not do it.
Prize drops are inevitable so why make a big deal out of it.

And the guy who posted metal gear solid scores ranking in 7/10 where the f*** did you get your information from? If you just count the main series Metal Gear Solid 1-3 the game averages a 94. A 95 If you want to exchange Subsistence for Snake Eater because it included a better camera and Metal Gear Online.

whats the point in supposed good software,?when personally i think halo 3 was the 360s peak and full on hype machine for the 360,which is now over. when the hardware lets you down when attempting to play this supposed great software lineup,and if you dont like people mentioning the hardware issue then go ahead and persecute us all for not being able to forget the biggest hardware disappointment in gaming history,im a previous 360 owner that has no fond memories of the 360 solely because of the awfull hardware and im sure most people feel the same as me,dont blame me and others for mentioning this rrod issue blame ms for there historic f-ckup.and by the way i know you own both,now can you honestly tell me that when you turn on your 360 that your not sitting there feeling like your in some sort of russian roulette situation with your 360,am guessing no,even the most hardcore 360 fan is still to this day sweating at this thought..now honestly on the flipside when you sit down at your ps3 do you feel the same things?,am guessing no,so you must understand the 360 hardware issue is still very much active and no doubt will continue until the next xbox,well hopefully till the next xbox,yours and others devotion to this 360 console is beyond my understanding and the understanding of many others,you must also understand as people we crave perfection or atleast as close to perfection as we can get, but unfortunately the 360 keeps that desire of perfection at more than arms lenth.peace out.....
