Nothing from the X-Wing series...? I question the list in its entirety.

lol wtf is "Star Wars Jedi Knight II: Dark Forces."

Its called Dark Forces 2: Jedi Knight or Starwars: Jedi Knight: dark forces 2 as some say who read it on the box like that. That is my favorite starwars game and is easily one of the best FPS for its time. It had tons of levels and secret areas, and you would get 4 neutral force powers and 4 dark or light force powers depending on if you did good or bad things as you would become a dark or light jedi. Each side also had a different story. The story in jedi knight was way better than the story in shadows of the empire. Jedi knight was like a new starwars movie about a mercenary who followed in his fathers footsteps and became a jedi and it even had pretty good cutscenes with CGI and real actors. An old robot gives you a lightsaber...it is awesome. It came out in 1997 and was awesome to have a game taht was like a new starwars movie before they made that bad one a few years later.

Yeah inmate those games were awesome with a joystick having space battles. THere are not many space battle games anymore.

Yeah, I'm hoping that from all of this bad news (was really looking forward to 1313) someone who loves and respects the old series can grab the rights to a Star Wars space combat sim and bring the old series back.

1. Monkey Island
2. Grim Fandango
3. Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis
4. X-Wing vs. Tie Fighter
5. Star Wars Battlefront

That’s my top 5 and there are so many more amazing games.

I hope you're proud of killing some of the greatest game franchises in history Disney, maybe you should just stick with interfering with mice.

I'm afraid LucasArts killed most of those franchises themselves. The LucasArts from the 80's and 90's died along time ago.

Rebel Assault but no TIE Fighter ? Ba ha ha ha ha!

1. Monkey Island
2. Monkey Island 2
3. Day of the Tentacle
4. Maniac Mansion
5. Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade

I wish Dark Forces 2 came to consoles in the late 90s. I really enjoyed playing Dark Force back in the 90s. Hopefully some studio will make a remaster for Dark Forces 2 for all current consoles and PC.

eh…Gilbert, Purcell Schaffer were the trail blazers in that crew. David, while he did do some stuff once, like a real long ass time ago is more like b-list personality that specializes in reminiscing and signing ops at a convention.
