Why doesn't Canada have one?
I guess because India is the first country to ever hit by a console launch and if they win the market there it's done.
These markets, were they earn more and more money by the month and go up on the spending stairs it's very, very interesting to be on the nr. 1 spot in the Evoked Set from people that are into buying a console.
Sony can come after it, but will have a very, very hard time to get into consumers minds this way.
Canada already knows 360 I guess and probably the country is a less interesting area for MS...
