Patrick Bach claims Battlefield 4 studio is working on target specs and alpha hardware

EA is laying off an unknown number of individuals from across its Battlefield teams, including workers at Criterion, Dice, Ripple Effect, and Motive Studios, IGN understands.
When logic meets EA it generates anti-matter ..... so try not to apply it in any meaningful way. Entropy is what matters in there !!
cue the apologist saying that these are mostly just contractors hired for this specific project bla bla bla

DICE is quickly banning cheaters in the Battlefield 6 beta, with a developer confirming that they are aware of the hacks.
They need to add an option for crossplay with other console players only. Otherwise I’ll definitely deactivating crossplay altogether. These cheaters on PC are already ruining this game and it’s still a few months from general release.
Developers should find a way that if they detect your cheating in a game, have it so none of your shots register against other players, you can't kill anyone. Bascially, you would be useless in that game LOL.

Halo veteran Marcus Lehto's studio, Ridgeline, will now be joined by DICE on the project.
oh no fanboys wont like this! This site members love to say one system is going to be stronger then anything and to hell with the consequence! Screw any logic or lack of facts, DAMN!
well both next-gen consoles are still being developed. They might find that their cores for example can run perfectly fine a little faster than expected etc.... no major changes should be expected though.
Good thing if you ask me. Hopefully competition continues to drive the specs up. If you want a cheap next-gen console, buy the Wii U...
Well there's some truth to that isn't there?
As far as PS4 is concerned, Sony won't ship the final dev-kit until this summer.
I'm taking a wild guess here, but most likely it's the same for Durango as well..
Until then they have to work with what they have....which is Alpha hardware.
I really hope the XBOX 720 comes with 4K Graphics
