Quantic Dream has called its next PS3 exclusive, Beyond: Two Souls "the largest performance capture project in history."

Elliot Page and Quantic Dream are developing a television series adaptation based on the video game Beyond: Two Souls.
Ever since Heavy Rain, I've been supporting Quantic Dream. They put heart and soul into their work and create art.
That art might not be for everyone, but it's polished, well designed and engaging for those that enjoy it.
This is actually my favorite Quantic Dream game. I thought the story, supernatural stuff, and cast was great and super interesting. Hopefully the show will be good.

Star Wars Eclipse will be an 'action-adventure' game and yet how Quantic Dream approaches consequence-heavy QTEs need not be abandoned recklessly.

Adam Williams has left Quantic Dream behind to form his own studio.
The departure of the lead writer likely means the story is done. The trailer for this game is amazing. Hope it comes out soon.
I applaud Quantic Dream and Cage for spending that Heavy Rain windfall and trying to deliver something new to gamers. It would be easy for them to sit on the money and get fat, never risking anything. It would have been money in the bank to roll out Heavy Rain 2. Instead, they are again trying to set a new standard. Bravo. (Heavy Rain 2 may be in development for the PS4, by the way. It wouldn't surprise me.)
