I like the GTA's being released every single couple of years or so. There is a lot more hype for the game. It makes the game even better and more polished, plus the launch feels like an occasion rather than something that you have experienced all over and over again, year in year out.
(I'm looking at you, COD,Fifa and AC series)

I've got to give it to R*.., they sure know how to build a fever pitch. GT5 and The Last of Us help tide me over till next gen arrives.

The only time that's a problem is when you do like Sony, and announce a game 7 years before it's ready, and have delay after delay. They could simply announce a game when it's in it's polishing state, but couldn't keep a secret if their lives depended on it.

yea too bad by the time the game will come out no one will care everyone will be gearing up for PS4 or 720. and giving that neither of those consoles will be backwards compatible you essentially have to buy the same game twice. should of had a june release.

LMFAO people these days just want everything now without really knowing what that means for the product. Take as long as you need R*, if you think it needs more time then there's no need to defend yourself, it's not like people aren't going to buy GTA.
