Today on COG Considers, we talk about cute demons doing hilariously evil things. Seriously, why do we love evil protagonists so much?
Disgaea main characters evil? Uh...Dood, the power of love and teaching compassion is pretty much the staple of this series. These aren't evil Diablo demons. This is a series that constantly pushes coexist with creatures from all realms living the life they were born into to the best of their ability. Any "evil" from the cast is purely slapstick and nothing more.
Except for Midboss, that guy is evil. Laharl was just a 1313 year old kid with Mommy issues.
A Disgaea Hour of Darkness Remake will launch in Spring 2018.
This is my favorite out of the series. Hopefully they add something extra to the remake.

After all, it’s one of the many founders of the whole “overlord antihero” stereotype. Its insane level caps and encouraging of massive damage outputs have made it an icon.
