I bought this game recently and the contracts are lots of fun.

This is why this is the best Hitman game yet. It has a good story mode and the online part of the game just feels like it adds to it instead of making it into a third-person shooter with other people.

In my opinion it really wasnt the "best" Hitman, the disguise system is totally flawed, why wear a disguise when your spotted straight away?

I know what im taling about, I earned the platinum (very easily) most of the game played like any other third person shooter, it had "some" cool levels, I liked the voice acting and the story, no complaints in that department

Its just the gameplay, wasnt fun for me, there was no atmosphere, I recently played and the recent HD Collection, the older games are still really entertaining

I had really high hopes for Absolution, Hitman is one of my most favourite gaming series

I hate contracts...pointless mode

The only problem with Hitman Absolution is that it is not sandbox-y enough when compared to Blood Money or Contracts (the game not the mode.) Other than that it's a great game.

On the outside it looked like a simple thing: Hitman 3 would now be known by this name and include levels from Hitman 2 and 3 - the trilogy would all be in one place. But on the inside, at IO Interactive, much more was going on.

You mean destroyed it with this tethered single-player campaign BS... And only the first few levels of the third modern game were on the disc! I'll never support this crap at any price-point! They've lost me as a customer.

Hitman is, and has been, a remarkable series developed by some of the best. Some are better than others, but every Hitman is challenging and fun.

Sure, there have been some stumbles and fumbles, but always in pursuit of the perfect Hitman game. The most recent trilogy is a masterclass in level design.
