Devil May Cry 4 is still a great game despite the last few stages and camera problems. Keep in mind that camera complaints will always be present even if the visuals are super realistic or the game's action is top-notch. You have been warned. Devil May Cry 4 is certainly an awesome game; no doubt a keeper for most Xbox 360 fans who love swords, guns, lots of action and lots of cleavage (Trish, Lady and Gloria).
The Leaderboard should give you enough incentive to do your best, and maybe one day the world will see your gamer tag up there on the screen, Demon Hunter extraordinaire. The achievement points should drive you as well, just don't let the latter missions drive you nuts, or you'll just end up at the bottom of the list like the one reviewing this game (cough).

5. DMC4 7.5/10 (Hated Nero, repeat bosses, Dante was the saving grace but only about half the game)
4. DmC 7.5/10 (solid overall, some great ideas, meh story, dialog sucked, and the director almost killed DMC)
3. DMC1 8.5/10 (all around solid)
2. DMC5 9/10 (carried by Dante & Nero gameplay, I didn’t like V’s, Nero’s better but still not a fan)
1. DCM3 10/10 (chef’s kiss)

I think all of them are worth playing in their own right honestly, except 2 unless you REALLY want to experience the whole series.
I honestly don't know what the author was smoking, personally I'd rank DMC3 as no.1, maybe DMC5 as second, DMC1 as third, DMC4 as fourth, and DMC as fifth and DMC2 last. such a bizarre list, mybe the author just has strange taste.

This and putting DMC 2 number 2 is all I need to ignore this ranking. DMC2 is absolute trash and it's clear this person doesn't understand exactly why.

2 and 4 are trash, didnt like any of them.
5 has very good gameplay variety but i hated the foes.. it is just insects the whole time. Reboot has the best foes for me
3,1,4,5 to me, never played 2. 5 gameplay is amazing but level design was really disappointing to me, just a bunch of plain arenas, the story felt like a worse written rehash of the 3rd and the charater models looked weird ( specially the ladies ). Another problem with 5 was that there was not enough content for 3 charaters so I could never really familiarize with any of them

God DMC2 was an awful game.

Order changes depending on your focus. I tend to focus on gameplay/fun factor, so...
5, 3, 1, 4, 2.
I really didn't like 4 but commend Dante's weapon diversity. The retreading of old ground was pretty unacceptable to me.
But even then... Still more enjoyable than 2 for me
This right here is my order as I thought DMC 5 was amazing and obviously 3 comes after 4 was great and 1 for the nastilgic value it holds 2 was so terrible that my local GameStop gave full refunds to people who returned it.
Two Devil May Cry games have been delisted on Steam. As shared on X, formerly Twitter, by Wario64, Devil May Cry 3 Special Edition and Devil May Cry 4 are no longer available to purchase.
Bless the adorably all digital future! When it comes to PC games its not as big of an issue because there should always be another way to access single player games, but still, I hate to see anything get delisted.
Well, DMC4 special edition has a lot of issues to run from Steam.
I have to get a modded executable to even be able to run the game on Windows 10.
Not sure if it is because the game runs in DirectX10 or what, but it sucks they have not even tried to fix it.
DMC4 Special Edition is not delisted, it was just the standard version, it has nothing to do with issues of performance or anything alike. Its just that Capcom probably do not want to sell the standard version, neither the standalone DMC3 version.
I've seen enough reviews of Dmc4 to not even wanna play the game anymore...It was a good game so stop with the reviews already!!!!!

The only one who can get on top in this game is the japanese anyway.
This game would be better if you could unlock customes & stuff like that, but all you can unlock is achievement points wich is totally not needed in any way!!!

This game was good but now it's history.
I play more Dmc3:se then Dmc4.
1st: It's faster!
2rd: It has more & interesting achievement's.
3rd: More & cooler bosses.
Last but not least: More weapons wich is funnier to use aswell.
