Not as impressive as that tech demo but it doesn't have that "Unreal Engine look" so that's good.

Wingsfan244698d ago

Not impressive? Look at the textures on the walls etc, looks pretty damn good for a cheap indie game.

Timesplitter144698d ago

I highly doubt this game is really representative of next-gen. This could easily be made on current-gen consoles.

Wingsfan244698d ago

Yea, I don't think we'll see a true representation of UE4 on next-gen tech till Epic really starts to show off Fortnite.

tordavis4698d ago

I guess no one here read the description of what this game does. It is next gen in the fact that it dynamically creates new levels on the fly. No two experiences through this game will be the same.

Timesplitter144698d ago

Yes, thank god. I was so sick of the Unreal Engine 3 look. All bloomy and color-filtered everywhere

FlameBaitGod4698d ago

actually no, a ps2 game looks better

Shinuz4698d ago

Its looking good, hope they use UE4 for the 7th Guest 3

The compass I have in my phone looks better than that crap.

Looks good. Also 'console'? Is this an exclusive?

Best Adventure Game of 2025

VGChartz's Lee Mehr: "While not carrying the same heft it enjoyed long ago, last year was one of the adventure genre's most commercially-successful years in this century. A Telltale-esque adventure eclipsing 3 million sales in three months would be the talk of the town were it not for another adventure game hurdling over 10 million sales in two. Though not all finalists reached those heights, each did share a greater amount of spotlight compared to similar titles within their respective sub-genres.

Past any sales thresholds and popularity contests, 2025 also deserves credit for its creativity; the last time our entire shortlist consisted exclusively of new IPs was for Best Adventure Game of 2020. An impressive year for the genre, with even greater potential ahead."
