John Bedford (Modojo): It's safe to say that we've become borderline obsessed with Chillingo's Pixel People, the world-building game with a gene-splicing twist. The thing is, all of our creations to date have been, well, a bit rubbish. So we've decided to restart the game entirely, focusing on creating the ultimate Utopia complete with trees, parks, roads and an eye for aesthetic quality as much as efficiency.

Adam has been playing the first few levels of upcoming downloadable title, Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons, whilst also being incredibly addicted to Pixel People."

STP: Pixel People is a fun game. It’s pretty, it’s addictive, and it’s full of clever hidden jokes. But if you come at the game without a plan, you’ll waste a lot of time. Since most people don’t have free time in spades, I’ve compiled a list of tips and guidelines that will help you splice together genes efficiently.

Enidmo from 2P writes: Speaking of classic pixel-art game, Super Mario, Contra etc which you may have played in childhood must be mentioned. It may be impossible to play these games on a NES in now days, but some game developers already have prepared some pretty cool pixel-art games featuring more fun gameplay for your mobile devices. Here I want to recommend you some pixel-art mobile games, if you're interested, have a try.
