The developers of We Happy Few, Compulsion Games, commented that trying to maintain creativity at Microsoft isn't as hard as people think thanks to the leadership that understands the importance of creative games.
Overall, they've had a positive experience so far.
I think every new studio acquisition at XGS has come out and spoke about how they are able to retain creative freedom. This is good news to hear...looking forward to their next project.
MS has been very hands off this gen and that will continue on into next gen. They want the studios to deliver the best of their ideas without "micro" managing.

Once my PS4 meets HHour, it's never going to play another game after it just like my PS2 with SOCOM! Unless it's a sequel. :)

The official franchise appears to have been shelved by Sony indefinitely, and David Sears had a successful KickStarter campaign recently that raised over $252,000 to break ground on “the spiritual successor to SOCOM I & II”."
I have really high hopes for this game! So far it looks great and definitely has a Socom look to it! Socom got me into online gaming. I have not found another game that had me as addicted to it as Socom 2.

Actually David Sears was a big deal for the Socom series. Since hes gone the series basically flopped and Zipper closed down by Sony. So its good to see him going back to his roots.
