Yesterday Super PolyPixel took the long grueling trip from New Jersey to New York just to get our hands on the Limited Edition of Hyrule Histora. The book that made waves last year during The Legend of Zelda’s 25th Anniversary. Initially released in Japan, Dark Horse took the reins and decided to release it here due to overwhelming demand. Months after pre-orders were made available Dark Horse let it be known they had a Limited Edition in the works as well. This edition would have a faux-leather cover, gold leafing on the edge of the pages, and be limited to only 4,000 copies. The preorders on Amazon sold out immediately leaving only one other option for a chance at this extremely rare book. The Nintendo World Launch event in New York City.

The rejection is non-final (and even when such rejections are labeled as “final”, the process is far from over, given that there can be, at minimum, an appeal to the Federal Circuit).
Good, as they should! A game mechanic like that shouldn't be locked behind a patent, and Nintendo didn't invent it either.
Nintendo wants to keep wasting money on bullshit lawsuits, real smart in this economy. They should put that money aside for other game projects. On the other hand, I don't care if they waste it all either, and they are screwed in the future maybe that will teach them a lesson.

NE: "We predict all of the possible announcements and games Nintendo could release for The Legend of Zelda's 40th anniversary."
How about the original Legend of Zelda remade with the Echoes of Wisdom engine. Maybe throw in added dungeons, or expand the map to make the game longer than the original.

Nintendo completed its share repurchase and set its secondary offering price at 8,347 yen ahead of March 16 delivery.
Looks like fun.
