Things have finally become a bit more clear as to what Nintendo's upcoming software line-up will look like. Today the company has issued release date information on it's upcoming titles in the first quarter.

The rejection is non-final (and even when such rejections are labeled as “final”, the process is far from over, given that there can be, at minimum, an appeal to the Federal Circuit).
Good, as they should! A game mechanic like that shouldn't be locked behind a patent, and Nintendo didn't invent it either.
Nintendo wants to keep wasting money on bullshit lawsuits, real smart in this economy. They should put that money aside for other game projects. On the other hand, I don't care if they waste it all either, and they are screwed in the future maybe that will teach them a lesson.

Nintendo completed its share repurchase and set its secondary offering price at 8,347 yen ahead of March 16 delivery.

Nintendo filed a lawsuit in the United States Court of International Trade.
Nintendo of America is suing the United States government over the sweeping tariffs President Donald Trump put in place last year, according to a complaint filed Friday in the U.S. Court of International Trade and obtained by Aftermath.
LOL I read this on gaff, will they refund the money back to the gamers? highly unlikely. Didn't they just raise prices and pass it onto the gamers? Only Nintendo would send out the Ninjas to the US government.
The Wii U list is not accurate. Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate Feb21st.... http://n4g.com/news/1156688...
There are others too, but I don't feel like looking for the links.
I didn't post the entire list. At least half of it are titles most gamers don't care about. In the article it was never stated this was the entire list, just games worth mentioning. I do agree Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate was an omission. I've included it now. Thanks for the heads up.
I have sad news for Wii U owners regarding Aliens Colonials Marines. It is being ported by an outside source Demiurge Studios. Gearbox isn't even developing it so you can most likely say goodbye to all those visual improvements that Randy Pitchford was so excited to talk about. It will probably end up a sloppy port with a worse framerate and zero visual improvements, also I predict that it won't be out until late March at the earliest.
I'm not trolling I'm just trying to inform the N4G community and I sincerely hope that Demiurge Studios does a great job and it ends up being the best version, I just have my doubts.
too many 3DS games in march
I'm interested in a lot of games, but the Wii U list is not anything that will sell consoles imo. I'd love to be wrong, though.
I'm wanting:
Rayman Legends (the demo was awesome)
LEGO City Undercover
Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate (Wii U version)
Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon
Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Gates of Infinity
Castlevania: LoS - MoF
