I've heard of a few technical issues with the buttons and compatibility. Still looks nice though; I want to try it for myself at some point.

I've been using this controller to play Xenoblade Chronicles on my Wii-U.

I had been looking forward to playing this game for a long time, but when I heard you could not backwards play using the gamepad or pro controller, I was super disappointed. I hate that wii controller you have to plug into the Wii-Mote to be wireless.

I then came across this controller which is compatible with Wii&Wii-U. It was the answer to my prayer to play an upscaled Xenoblade. I instantly fell in love with the design and as I don't buy 3rd party controllers, I was really surprised at how comfortable it was to hold.

It's not a perfect controller, but if you have a Wii-U and want to play games like Xenoblade, Monster Hunter and The Last Story, this controller is fantastic. It is also handy that it can double as a wii-mote as it makes it easy to get from the Wii-U menu, and into the Wii Menu. (if the lights don't come on in the wii menu, you just have to push the reset button.)

For that particular use in mind, i'd review @ 8/10

No thanks. I'm shooting for the Nyko Pro Commander Wii U controller.

EasySMX D05 review

You can get Hall effect controllers slightly cheaper, but you'd struggle to find as feature-rich a package without some heavy, heavy sales.
