TouchGen: The very concept of Running Dead almost sounds like “Game Design by Committee”. It takes several trends in modern gaming, endless runners and zombies, and blends them together. Unfortunately, it gets a few things wrong along the way and as a result doesn’t quite feel like a fully fleshed out experience.
Ever wondered what would happen if you put the cast of hit TV series ‘The Walking Dead’ on a set of treadmills and filmed them working out? No, you probably haven’t, but LAG's own Kevin Moore has. It’s his job to think of these things. Did he find the game to bring his fantasy to life in the iOS title 'Running Dead', or is it running on empty?
Well no, actually, it isn’t. ‘Running Dead’ is indeed a game featuring zombies, but it has nothing to do with ‘The Walking Dead’. Seems to me someone wanted to cash in on the TV show with a cheap play on words.
