DmC: Devil May Cry CGI Trailer

Capcom released a teaser trailer earlier, a trailer that shown in the theatre around certain parts of the world. Because it was shown in the theatre, the trailer was more like a movie trailer. No gameplay though.

Not gonna be getting this game because of the obvious lack of respect Ninja Theory has for this franchise and its fanbase.

Actually I bet NT didn't do the cg trailer. Some inhouse studio that does cg trailers probly did it. Very few companies even do there own cg animations. Only ones I can think that have a special dev team for that is Square-enix and Blizzard.

And the previous games don't even compare on what NT has done with mocap. You might not like there work but there still one of the best facial animation mocap studios out there and always have good actors. And they have the best mocap actor ever in Heavenly Sword and Enslaved which is Andy Serkis AKA Gollum. And guess what he is in this to as the main villin Mundus. Maybe gameplay won't be as good as previous DMC games but I have know dought that the story will be a lot better since Heavenly Sword and espicially Enslaved had great stories. Epic ending to Enslaved.

With the desagrees u guys are defenitly blinded by hate if you really do think the facial animation from NT is not better than all previous DMC games. I can understand you guys not liking the game but there is no way around it. Heavenly Sword still has one of the best facial animations out there. Might not like the game but it does.

And to people think that andy serkis is a bad actor you are hard to please.

I'm not gonna be getting this game because it looks and plays like crap, not to mention the new direction and art style are vulgar and off putting to me.

But yeah screw Capcom and NT for all the lies and insults regarding DmC.

It's your opinion. ok. it's negative and may insult some fans of the reboot like me. I've played every DMC game and love every pixel of it, but changes are coming and you can't tell if they ruin the franchise- YOU HAVE NOT PLAYED THE FINAL VERSION! So suck it up man.

I don't have to do anything. I've made MY decision on this game and that's that. If you or anyone else chooses to pick it up then by all means I'm not telling anyone to do otherwise. But this game will not be getting any of MY money.

I love how they keep yapping about how they hired the mo-cap studio that did the motion capture work for Avatar while outsourcing their CG launch trailer. This looks like utter crap. Hell, Donte's ingame voice actor isn't even the one who voiced the Donte in this trailer from what I could hear.

This is just borderline experimental.

I thought it couldn't get any worse. That was the most forced and hokey thing I've seen in a while. So dark! So edgy! A misunderstood lonely soul coming to grips with his new found power. This game is 13.

This trailer was shown during the previews of the most recent Resident Evil movie.
And I'm pretty sure that it wasn't actually made by NT...probably done by the same team that did those resident evil cgi movies....it has their look

I can't wait to see this new game sell more than all the previous DMC games so all the haters can just keep sucking it lol. Capcom obviously knew the old games direction wasn't going to be successful because the "DMC fanbase" isn't as robust as you n4g haters think. They went and found a quality studio to take a more interesting direction to make money. I commend these companies for doing something different to try and hack it in todays market. It's hard now days. You "fans" are just snoody little crybabies. All the mgs fans got over rising not being true to the series, because at the end of the day real gamers accept new ideas as long as they are good. And from what i've played at events and what not, this new DMC is good. Nuff said.
