Completely agree. Obviously ruled by a judge who doesn't understand videogames because the patents they were granted could be applied to countless games before and after the advent of Pokémon.
Everytime I feel I can be no more disgusted by Nintendo's antics, they go outta their way to prove me wrong.
Some good questions. I never even thought of compairing and contrasting the Pokémon world to our own.
