I'd be surprised if this Wii U title sold anything north of 200k LTD.

Before we go "off the handle" with this piece of information, it's the developers who've chosen not to add compatibility with Nintendo's Miiverse service.

Somebody will find a reason to blame Nintendo anyway.

Anyway, I agree. I don't see this selling very much at all. If it was the whole trilogy (like what they're releasing on everything else) then I would buy this in a heartbeat, but just the third game? Forget it.

They don't want anyone to spoil the terrible ending.

I'll admit it, I lol'd.

And by lol'd, I mean I expelled more air out of my nostrils than usual.

Well, for someone like me, who hasn't played either the first game nor this one, only the 2nd game on PS3, this is a great chance to pick up ME3 if they get it to run @ 60fps, which is a huge deal for me, specially since I've also seen quite a lot of negative feedback about that on the PS3 version, I can also get the ME1 digital version on the PS Store.

I expected nothing and I'm still disappointed

Like with Fallout, it's starting to feel studios are using TV / Film adaptations when they have no game info to talk about.

toxic-inferno212d ago

I feel the same way.

I mean, how difficult would it be for them to release SOMETHING of substance? Another short trailer? A couple of proper hints? A short story set during the original trilogy, but focused on fringe characters?

Hopefully they're working so hard on the game that they don't have time. But still, with every passing year and so little to show, the franchise will be slipping further and further from people's minds.

Profchaos212d ago

Yeah agree it's almost a cop out since Dev times are 5 to 10 years just throw out a few seasons instead you get them done in a year

I still haven’t beat Andromeda. I am waiting for a lull of good games in my backlog

P_Bomb212d ago

So the TV show will take place after the OG trilogy. I wonder which ending they’ll use?

Rebel_Scum212d ago

Should’ve just posted a picture of an Elcor saying “regretfully, we have nothing to share.”

Good games but no Phantasy Star?

merlox1107d ago

Why do people forget Phantasy Star? That is one of my favorite RPG series. Another ther good but overlooked series is ,Y's.

ES3 set things off, it's a shame they got greedy and decided to cut corners so the executives could get huge pay days.
