you shouldn't say that because now all the butthurt capcom/dmc fanboys will click disagree. most people still haven't gotten over the fact they changed dante's look

this game doesn't look very good can't wait to play it

I can understand why some people don't like it but most of them haven't even played it.
I had my doubts but played it at Eurogamer Expo and thought it was great.
The combat was great and the environments look very cool.

Also people go on about the Devil May Cry series like it was hit after hit.
It wasn't. The first game was a masterpiece and one of the best games I've ever played.

The second game was rubbish and a complete fail.

The third game had a less appealing Dante in my opinion but gave us better combat and Virgil, still nowhere near as awesome as the original.

Then by the time the 4th game was released I was expecting a huge leap with a lot of fresh new ideas and it ended up being very dull.
I hated Neo, didn't see the point in playing as another Dante clone when I just wanted to play as Dante from DMC1 and when you finally do get to play him you have to play the entire game all over again it was so boring.

So yeah while I don't particularly like the new Dante's look at least they are trying to mix things up a bit and to be honest I don't feel like I've played as the real Dante since DMC1 so I've gotten used to it.

I have to admit it does look pretty fun

I wish the game had more castle environments like this video is showing us. Really gave a vibe of the older.

You sound like you’re just a ton of fun to be around.

It’s been sitting in my backlog for a while now. One of the first games I wanted to try for this current gen due to the long load times of previous gen. I’ll get around to it soon!

One of the best, stylish, and fun action slasher on the system. You definitely should get to it, as soon as you can.

solideagle391d ago

they are taking way too much time with DMC6...

VersusDMC391d ago

The DMC5 team went on to make Dragons Dogma 2, the DMC director (3,4,5) left capcom to make an action game at another studio and the rumor is that a DMC remake is next...so i wouldn't hold my breath on DMC6.
