Valve's Drew Bliss spoke at a Linux Developer Summit this past week and stated that Linux is a platform more viable for gaming than Windows 8. Do you agree with him?
Half-Life and Portal writer Erik Wolpaw has detailed how his team has been using Generative AI for research and development at Valve.

Valve has responded to New York Attorney General Letitia James' lawsuit against the firm, stating it does not believe that lootboxes in its Counter-Strike 2, Dota 2, and Team Fortress 2 games unlawfully encourage minors to gamble, adding it was "disappointed" to see the action go ahead despite efforts to "educate" the NYAG about virtual items since "early 2023."

Well PC gamers have proven savvy enough to avoid GFWL for years, so hopefully the trend will continue and the newly rebranded GFWL, "Xbox on Windows", will be similarly shunned by the community. Microsoft's attempted monopoly on software sales should not be rewarded.
Skip every other release of windows. profit XD

Win8 will probably finally drive me to take the plunge and turn to Linux for everything afterall. With Codeweavers giving away Crossover tomorrow, I'll probably switch for good. Up to this point, I am running Win7 and Mint side by side, but I don't think it will stay that way very long in the future.
blasphemy!
