Forza Horizon Review | Splitkick.com

Splitkick: I’ve always respected the main Forza series, but was never able to get into them. Even with attempts to make them more friendly to the general racing fan, simulation games just don’t do it for me. Loving this game right now but $50 for DLC is just disgusting. I wont buy it but I feel like I'm being cheated out of a huge part of the game. When a game is about cars and a large fraction of a game's inventory of cars is only available as preorder bonuses and DLC that's disgusting. I suffered through it with Forza 4 but this is taking it a bit far!!!

I may be totally wrong as my game hasnt arrived yet but isnt it real money options... It's an option for fools who can't wait to unlock a car or cars. You can earn them by playing. No different than any other options, like gun packs in B3 or Ultimate team packs in Fifa,. If I'm wrong then sorry, but that's how I've read it.

It's not always fools, some people have very limited free time and have the spare cash to unlock stuff they simply don't have time to do in a traditional grindy fashion.

suffered in forza 4 over added content you didn't have to buy? lol. the "larger fraction" in F4 were the original 400 cars, not the dlcs. being a bit overdramatic no?
