According to Gameranx, Treyarch will be be changing some settings on mode "Kill Confirmed" for Black Ops 2 to help campers not to camp and get in the middle of heat.
Changes
Killing an enemy: 50 points
Picking up an enemy tag: 100 points
Picking up a teammate's tag: 25 points
A teammate picks up the tag of a player you killed: 25 points
So now obviously players will be always on foot with non stop action and of course there'll be stilling, arguing who gets the tag.

Most PC gamers cheat and the ones that don't have an advantage, as KB and mouse is the only way to play shooters seriously.

if it bothers people so much they should just take sniper rifles out of the game and limit guns to reflex scopes.
If you give someone a sniper rifle chances are (if their not quick scoping) that they will find a high place in the corner of the map with a good fov and snipe people.
Also since the maps are pretty small it gives snipers an advantage over how the are in games with really big maps.
people don't camp for xp they camp to piss people off, running over to get a dog tag won't be an issue, they just won't bother, and will sit there watching the dog tag(s) as bait.
Well i know the ps3 version will be an abomination of mega magnitude expect 6 months after release 15 patches down the line and the game could be just playable.
If they really wanna discourage camping why not make it so that a kill wont count torwards your K/D unless you grab the tag ?

TBO its a game, if people can do it in the game legitamatly then let them.
I don't think its any fun sat at the back camping with a sniper, but some people do, just adapt and eal with it.
nothing nicer then a nice still sniper with tunnel vision anyway. ;)
