"after some initially lukewarm reactions to the visual overhaul of main character"

Why does everyone think it is the look that got people mad? Its the whole damn character, his voice, his personality, how he curses so much and of course the way he looks.

I have a theory that being half angel has made Dante worse then ever, because when looking at Dante and Nero in DMC 4 they were both demonic / human and had white hair and were arrogant sarcastic and laid back but in a cool awesome way, then this new character in DmC is now demonic / angel and he now curses a whole lot, is recklessly careless, is a horrible looking emo brat, gets black hair, smokes, drinks and seems homosexual. Who would of thought being part angel would do this? And who knows what happened to Virgil, we'll find an explaination for him soon :)

It's because the look did cause negative reactions.

vortis4943d ago

lol @ a half-angel homosexual....that's hilarious.

Chitown712914943d ago

Welp cant disagree lol. *shrugs*

ThanatosDMC4943d ago

HAHAHAHAH! I thought angels were suppose to be junkless too. I'm really confused how that works.

RmanX10004943d ago

Capcom " Yeah we learned our lesson, so instead we are just going to upload it to our servers and release it later. Maybe if people have to download it they won't catch on like last time."

betan214943d ago

i will be renting this so dlc won't hurt me.....

Summons754943d ago

......uhuh, well only a very very small percent of people will actually waste money on this crap so I doubt anyone cares

Yui_Suzumiya4943d ago (Edited 4943d ago )

I'm buying it. I've been a day one supporter since it's first announcement two years ago. Finally, a good DMC!

xXBlondieVanHarlowXx4943d ago

Congratulations SolidGear3,, your part of the %3 in question lol. Speaking of abominations, I have to ask how was Resident Evil 6?

BlaqMagiq244943d ago (Edited 4943d ago )

RmanX10004943d ago

You sound like you’re just a ton of fun to be around.

franwex364d ago

It’s been sitting in my backlog for a while now. One of the first games I wanted to try for this current gen due to the long load times of previous gen. I’ll get around to it soon!

One of the best, stylish, and fun action slasher on the system. You definitely should get to it, as soon as you can.

solideagle363d ago

they are taking way too much time with DMC6...

VersusDMC363d ago

The DMC5 team went on to make Dragons Dogma 2, the DMC director (3,4,5) left capcom to make an action game at another studio and the rumor is that a DMC remake is next...so i wouldn't hold my breath on DMC6.
