I liked the demo and will get the game. But the idea that someone has to have the same mind as others sound like a person with cult like issues

Getting back to the point the 3 you spoke of came from Jim Sterling one of the worst reviewers out there...he proved yet again that he is a pox on the industry.

As a side not you say 6 as if it's the highest score when you know full well that IGN, Gameinformer and Gametrailers gave it over a 7.5 to 8.9. Thats a big difference.

I did... don't know where you get off saying I didn't or where it was even applicable.

If you're questioning me because I said "It's likely this person's opinion isn't a good one," that's based on their drastically different scoring of the game and their belief that it is a perfect game when so many other opinions disagree greatly from their own. It's only a response to the above, not the overall article.

But, it's likely this person's opinion isn't a very good one." it becomes very clear that at the time you had not read the review...because of the part where you say "likely" right there you showed that your statement was founded off an assumption and not from the act of having actually read the review.

I also noticed you failed to address my points about the high score of 6 versus proof that it has scored a lot higher from larger sites.

These are based off of observations and facts...I dont have to imply anything Im mearly pointing out facts.

Played the demo and found:

1) camera to be shitty
2) unnecessary amount of stupid QTEs
3) the game is not a survival horror as much as it is an action fest

You then add what many other reviewers have said about dodgy melee, the many wanna be Uncharted chase sequences with minimal interaction and you do start to question where the 10 comes from.

As for the big sites, they are the same idiots who give the likes of CoD, GTA and other million selling franchises high scores for the very same reasons they mark down other games.

For those who have been playing RE since RE1, kiss this franchise goodbye. It used to be a classy woman but has been replaced by a Bieber Bimbo. They sell more according to Capcom as they are easier to access by the mainstream.

RE has been dumbed down, DMC has been dumbed down, wonder what franchise is next.

No, it doesn't do that at all. You're making a leap of logic.

The reason I say "likely" is because I haven't played and can't compare my own to his review. I can only compare it to the others out there. I would feel unfair to say "it must be bad" solely because of the opinion of others when calling his opinion "bad" is my own opinion. Once I've played the game, then I'd be able to say whether his opinion is good or bad.

Didn't feel it worthwhile. I had already addressed one of your assumptions, I didn't see the need to correct you on another. But, if you want, I only mentioned that most scores were in that range. I didn't say all scores were in that range.

You are grasping at straws here, Hidden. You are also extremely biased based on your other comment here declaring the game a good game regardless of opinion (it is the "reality" of the siutation). I have no review of the game, I am only using what I've gathered from various reviews, including this one. That includes a lot of negatives from the same sites that gave it high scores but overlooked those in the final scores for whatever reason they may have.
