Terraria creator Andrew ‘Redigit’ Spinks confirms that new content for the console version of Terraria will not appear in the PC version, and explains why the Xbox 360 and PS3 will be getting the game after he announced that he’d no longer be working on the block-centric indie hit.
505 Games has announced update 1.4.5 for Terraria is now available; features crossover content from Palworld and Dead Cells.

Re-Logic: "August was quite an eventful month for Team Terraria. We are well into the final push for Terraria 1.4.5 (for real, more on that below), and tickets are flying through the system. Several members of the team were also able to get together in person this month for the first time in many years - and for the first time ever with some folks. We have also been able to take care of a lot of planning for "what comes next" that will hopefully make for more consistency down the line. More on that in the future. With that said, we are all back home and ready to push this over the line."

Ah, so the creator isn't even involved in making the new content? I don't care so much about it, now.
Really because in his last interview he said it was great to work ALONGSIDE them to create the console verion....honestly Reglogic is such an arse, now expect bigger uproar because the one thing which would of calmed people down, the content being in the PC, is now an exclusive.
