Pro Evolution Soccer 2013 (or Winning Eleven as you might otherwise know it) enters the market at a time when the world has been foaming over EA Sports’ newest offering. Does that mean that Pro Evolution Soccer should be ignored? Or is Pro Evolution Soccer 2013 worthy of your time on the field?
