The much anticipated, super-hyped launch of Guild Wars 2 took the world by storm, and basically shut down several media outlets over the weekend leading up to it while they enjoyed the head-start access reserved for pre-purchasers. Right away people were shocked at the stability of ArenaNet’s servers, as very few people encountered any problems logging in, playing with friends, or exploring the world.

I played it a little years ago. It was fun but I had children after I started playing and gave it up so my wife wouldn’t hate me. I got to 50 and then hung it up
Arenanet is doing smthn wrong with marketing, I never once seen an ad for a gw2 expansion and always hear it like this once an expac is already released. Not that I would play it cause I'm a gw1 purist haha
