One of the abilities you can unlock using Skill Points in Resident Evil 6 is “Lone Wolf,” where your partner will stop assisting you.

A new rating of Resident Evil 6 for Xbox has been spotted, which could suggest that it's getting a current gen port for Xbox Series X/S and PS5.
I loved Resident Evil 4 back in the day and enjoyed Resident Evil 5 even though I had to do co-op to beat the final boss. Shiva was just too dumb.
Resident Evil 6 on the other hand, was so bad that I stopped playing after an hour in the game. That was before I even played any high-quality single-player games outside of Mass Effect, Portal, and Skyrim. I can't imagine playing RE6 now.
Chances are their next remake will be 5.
I just don't get why it's already on the platforms via BC unless it's a remake which would piss everyone off as fans are hoping for either the original game or code veronica to get the remake treatment

Yeah I figured it would be ordered like this. For me Leons best game was his debut. RE2.

I like it.
I want to be using this.
ANd if at all, be able to play by myself and no partner
...and
There still there at the end of the day
Anyway if they stop attacking it means enemies are going to hurt them and they'll die quicker. Meaning it's a choice between them getting in the way or you having to baby sit them even more. They'll use more herbs and it will just annoying quicker.
Besides the levels are still designed around co-op so it won't effect anything
I guess Capcom will try and spin this to make it look like they are giving you a choice with the whole co-op thing when it's nothing like that.
I got all excited until I read that the partner is still there...
I wish all parts of the campaign has an option for no AI partner...then I would get the game.
I can't wait for them to say that this a "first" of the series like they said with players being zombies, moving while shooting and event logs which all came from Resident Evil Outbreak. For some strange reason they try so hard to bury the memory of that game even though it was one of the most requested games on their site to bring back in HD with online enabled.......
