Too Many Fighters?

TheScrubDaily:"This year has been an interesting year for me, in terms of fighting games. I’ve owned more now then I ever had. But, it comes at a steep price — I just haven’t had enough time to dedicate to all of them. Ultimate Marvel Vs. Capcom 3 is my main game, I also play Street Fighter X Tekken. But, in that time, I’ve bought Skullgirls, King Of Fighters XIII and Street Fighter III:3rd Strike. The latter not being a necessity. I really wanted to invest time in these games, but X Tekken and UMVC3 have taken up far too much time. I haven’t bothered to buy Persona 4 or Tekken Tag Tournament 2, simply because I don’t have the time to learn them. So, I ask, is there too many games being released now?"

Golden Era......I don't think so. Especially due to the overpriced DLC characters and disc locked content.

Agreed. The variety in the genre is nice, but DLC instead of content-heavy releases is a drawback.
