HiddenMission writes: It’s pretty clear that there is a large audience of gamers out there making it known over the web that they are totally bitter, butt hurt, haters when it comes to the way they feel Capcom is handling Resident Evil 6. Are these nay sayers just complaining, do they even know really know what they hell they are talking about…well I’m here to tell you that they are dead wrong and Capcom has proven it.

A new rating of Resident Evil 6 for Xbox has been spotted, which could suggest that it's getting a current gen port for Xbox Series X/S and PS5.
I loved Resident Evil 4 back in the day and enjoyed Resident Evil 5 even though I had to do co-op to beat the final boss. Shiva was just too dumb.
Resident Evil 6 on the other hand, was so bad that I stopped playing after an hour in the game. That was before I even played any high-quality single-player games outside of Mass Effect, Portal, and Skyrim. I can't imagine playing RE6 now.
Chances are their next remake will be 5.
I just don't get why it's already on the platforms via BC unless it's a remake which would piss everyone off as fans are hoping for either the original game or code veronica to get the remake treatment

GF365: "The iconic survival horror franchise Resident Evil boasts a great number of popular and memorable characters. Arguably, Leon S. Kennedy is the most popular and recognizable character aside from Jill Valentine. In this article, we'll be counting down every Resident Evil game Leon is featured in, ranked."
Yeah I figured it would be ordered like this. For me Leons best game was his debut. RE2.

The modern entertainment industry has witnessed the rise of the Resident Evil franchise as one of its most renowned and celebrated multimedia phenomena. With numerous video games released across multiple platforms, it can be daunting for newcomers to determine where to commence their journey. So here is every main mainline Resident Evil Games ranked.
In preparation for the highly anticipated Resident Evil 4 Remake, let’s take the liberty to rank each of the mainline story instalments, providing players with a fundamental comprehension of the Resident Evil universe.
Wow...just wow, I honestly can't believe what I've just read.
"making it known over the web that they are totally bitter, butt hurt, haters"..."do they even know really know what they hell they are talking about"..."well I’m here to tell you that they are dead wrong"
First of all...really "mature" opening paragraph. If you've actually been paying attention since RE6 was announced you can see that all of the arguments made against RE6 are solid. Well I'm here to tell you that your dead wrong, how Capcom have f*cked up again and are massive sellouts
"Sorry to burst your bubble boys and girls none of the games were truly scary. While the series has never really been scary so to speak they have been extremely successful at capturing super tense suspenseful moments"
and because they successfuly managed to capture the super tense suspenseful moments and atmosphere that is what made it scary. You've basicaly disproven your own point. The setting, atmosphere and tone of RE 1-3 and even RE4 in some places is what made them scary. Even the gameplay helped...running out of ammo when dealing with a number of enemies, needing herbs when your a bite away from death and sometimes certain moments like the dog window scene which made you jump out of your seat. Thats why RE6 dosen't live up to them and isn't scary, just a ton of quick time events, a lot of ammo and no tense atmosphere anywhere in the game
"Now the next arguing point for anti RE6 individuals has to do with the horrible AI partner Sheva from part 5."
Co-op is co-op at the end of the day...it dosen't matter if it's been improvced the fact is it dosen't help in making the game scary and what RE used to be like. When fans complain about co-op being in your game you don't expand on it in the next game, you would get rid of it altogether. It dosen't help when your AI partner is backing you up all the time, automaticaly location hidden enemies that try and sneak up on you. The fact they've expanded on it and included characters like Piers, Helena and Jake...characters which don't look likable or could of been replcaed with fan favorites instead you know it's not going to end well. The levels have still been designed around co-op thats the problem.
"Yep my hair still stands up thinking about this…"
So that scares you...a dark place even though you can see the enemies, a ton of ammo, the fact you can melee them to death, jump all around to dodge then and the fact that your AI partner is there to help you and that scares you more then the first games you didn't find scary when you were all alone, no ammo, hardly no herbs, a ton of enemies for example. Right...ok then
"Capcom initially stated that Leon’s campaign was a throw back to his trip through Raccoon city but recently clarified that it will have its action moments as well to help keep the pacing varied"
Then that proves Capcom are massive liars that shouldn't be trusted.
"Now knowing all this do you still feel like Resident Evil 6 is total trash or have you found yourself having a change of heart?"
Nope...everything you said your article was just total bullcrap...sorry to be blunt but I felt like I was reading an article Capcom had made themself to defend the game. You just can't say we should keep supporting them after they've f*cked over loyal fans of this series, pushing us away for the COD crowd, they are not a developer to support.
The game will continue to have the negative connations it has because its all actiony... personally i'm just glad the controls have been updated to something more modern i dont expect agents who've been dealing with bio chemical outbreaks to move like icebergs or not being able to shot while moving!
I cant wait to play it. it looks great! really great!
Capcom just proved fans of the original game correct that RE6 is just another third person shooter
Damn, I shouldn't have clicked on the link.
I'm not gonna make the same mistake of buying another RE before it gets proper feedback.
RE6 can only improve (I hope) from what RE5 was anyhow.
Funny. A while ago they said the same thing about Devil May Cry. I look forward to the sales numbers bombing.
