I played it a little years ago. It was fun but I had children after I started playing and gave it up so my wife wouldn’t hate me. I got to 50 and then hung it up
Arenanet is doing smthn wrong with marketing, I never once seen an ad for a gw2 expansion and always hear it like this once an expac is already released. Not that I would play it cause I'm a gw1 purist haha

Well the game is that good. I'm not sure if i want another game this year. It's just so much to do in GW2 and the world is so big.
No mmo will be able to release with a subscription after gw2.
if we can have this quality without paying, it just won't fly.
