One thing I hate about this gen: the godd*mn loading times. You put in a game and it takes sooooo long till you actually get to play it: Publisher screen, developer screen, engine screen, presentation, menu, load savegame...it takes like forever.
If there is one thing sports games continuously get right, it is the loading screens and the use of that time to keep the player interested.
Exemplary cases - Fifa and NBA 2K12 (Former allowing the player to practise shots, the latter having the commentators talk about the upcoming game).
Bayonetta was good, allowing you to learn new combos and displaying the button presses which you could use later if you wanted. That whole game was good fun generally.
God of War 3 had great loading times too - in that it had none that I can remember.
