it's part of the combat which makes dmc that much more fun.

How is it sugar coating when I just said how to do it, and the fact that you have to do it in DMC3? It's an advanced combat technique, the series is full of them and this is a new one. There have been quite a few the demo doesn't even come close to mention like Instant Revving, that people have found out from being vets of the series. Just because some people go through spamming triangle and square (or Y and X) on every enemy they see doesn't mean the game doesn't have depth, they just don't know how to play.

It's a glitch. As for DMC3, I remember that mission. All I did was jump in a corner continuously. As I was doing that, all the enemies came to that corner and I used them as a stool. Very easy.

If it was a glitch why is it still in the game. Wouldn't they have noticed by now and taken it out of the other regions demo's?

I jump off berial and stay in the air most of the fight , since if your high and behind he really can't touch you unless he goes Nuclear. Its part of the game mechanics.

It's called "demo." There's even a warning at the very beginning which states you may notice some bugs. People like to exploit stuff in games. This is no different.

This is the same demo they had at E3 and Tokyo game show, those kinds of bugs would be long gone by now if they hadn't intended it.

Assuming word never gets out, there's a pretty good chance of it entering the game. Had this been discovered earlier, I'm pretty sure something would have been done about it.

Now that users have the demo in possession, they have all the time in the world to fiddle with the game.

It comes out in 7 days we got this demo very close to release. If it were a glitch it would be gone by now IMO.

I still wanna know the logic of a DMC player that says it's a glitch. You can jump cancel, that's already been known and was made known in aforementioned secret mission in DMC3. Which the key to completing was jumping in a corner so the enemies would be in range, unless you were the god of Trickster. Know why? Because when they scatter you can't jump off of them. You now have the devil bringer which DUN DUN DUNNN brings demons and items to you.

So using the devil bringer to bring an enemy to you then jumping off of it which to reiterate both things are already allowed (and highly suggested) in the game's combat rules results in a snatch jump cancel. This is a glitch how again?

If there wasn't an innate ability in the game to jump off of enemies then the glitch argument would be valid. Using it to skip over areas in the game world that you normally would have had to go through is a glitch as well, which so far I don't think anyone has done.

So it's not a glitch because for it to be so they'd have to remove the ability to pull enemies so close to you with the devil bringer to be within attacking range. They'd also have to take out the ability to jump off of enemies and jump cancelling. If that happened then the game would be broken.

Skerj, forget about these muppets who think it's a glitch. They obviously haven't played previous DMC's to the extent some of us have. If they want to believe it's a glitch that's fine. I highly doubt they'll get the most out of the game if they can't take advantage of the controls to reach those SSS combos, whatever.

As you said, there was the secret mission in no.3 that required you to stay aloft for over 60 seconds. I'm pretty sure that the original had something very similar too (But that was a LONG time ago heh)

They probably think that instant Reving is a glitch too LOL
