Well, guess what? The latest slice of Isaac Clarke’s adventure looks a whole lot more like the previous two games. Out with the snow, in with the dimly lit space station corridor. I’m not anti-snow, anti-co-op or even anti-cover shooter – it’s just that seeing all those new elements at once was at Dead Space 3′s reveal was like discovering Black Ops II will be a text adventure set in NATO conference rooms.

If EA and Motive Studio plan on remaking all the main Dead Space entries, they have to change a lot of what made Dead Space 3 so divisive.
Simple, do not bother with a Dead Space 3 remake. Rather have a new entry for Dead Space.
Remaking 3 would need to be a reworked and somewhat changed remake as 3 was flawed in most peoples eyes and the worst entry.

WTMG's Kyle Nicol:
"Was Dead Space 3 really that bad?
Well, it’s a complicated question. Dead Space 3 is undeniably the weakest of the trilogy. It’s a game that deviates so far from the original formula, that it throws a lot of what made Dead Space special in the first place out of the window. Although, where it does make up for it is one of the best cooperative shooters on the market, even after all this time. Do I recommend playing this game ten years later? Hell yes. But make sure your expectations are in the right place. It has a lot of problems that bring it down."

With the upcoming Dead Space Remake, we replay and rank the original three games.

They need to seriously continue this ip with a new entry. Even if it's just another movie I don't care I love everything about this game.
I can't wait to finish the fight with Isaac, he's so cuddly and cute.!
At least someone can see through the dismemberment fests and the spilled gallons of blood the perfect harmony shared between Isaac and the necromorphs.
I love sites trying to sugar ooat this, even if the game is good when reviewing it, especialy a new installment to a franchise you should have one thing in mind...
"Does it hold up to past installments and stays true to the franchises roots"
If it dosen't like DS3, RE6 and RE5 then you should mark it down and be harsh in your review because at the end of the day despite being a good game it's still not a game in that franchise it's basicaly a new IP using the brand name
