If I happen to be interested in a game by them (which doesn't happen often because nothing they really have this gen has appealed to me outside of a couple Tales games anyways) then I will rent the game. If they're going to screw over the West then I see no reason to give them any money.
you consider not localizing a game screwing over the west? there's tons of games that are japan only and vice versa with english titles. It's their choice whether they want to release here or not, they're not screwing over anyone.

just keep and perfect the great gameplay,
use the great GOW3 engine but a more advanced one (with online features like the ones in DS but more friendly and easy to find your friends)
make more epic battles like the ones in Shadow Of The C.
