The 1.9 GB add-on has finally been released by Bioware and is now available for download. The Mass Effect 3 Extended Cut was released as a result massive criticism fans raised against the Mass Effect 3 endings. Mass Effect 3 was a great experience but the final endings took it all down as it never explained the eventual result of Reapers invasion and their defeat. It seemed like Bioware tried to wrap things up quickly and not emphasizing on the actual importance of the endings in Mass Effect 3.

To think that Bioware at some point was capable of doing games like this, you see those characters and remember them like good old friends, and now check ME Andromeda, Anthem, Veilguard etc and wonder what the hell happened.

Based on one narratively fitting ending in Mass Effect 3, Prothean squadmate Javik is highly unlikely to return in the next Mass Effect game.
