I called this months ago, their renowned for delaying games in development (Splinter cell, Ghost recon, beyond good and evil to name a few). November is such a congested month with the likes of hitman, cod and halo releasing within mere days of each of other.

They should of stuck with the september release date. All the kiddies will be asking for Blops 2 off their parents come christmas.

Bad move ubi. I'm not trying to be a negative nancy when I say this but they may as well push the release date until January/February to avoid cannibalising FC3s sales with Assassins creed 3 releasing at the end of October.

r u serious!? watchdogs, mediocre, wtf is wrong with u, the game looks amazing, nothing about it is mediocre, even its graphics look next-gen, all the mechanics in the game look amazing, dont know a lot about the story, but since ubisoft created assassins creed and some other good games, im sure the story will also be spectacular, wat were u smoking when u said watchdogs wud be mediocre. of course the game will be released, and no way cud it be a flop.

No surprise here. It'll probably get delayed further and release sometime from March-May 2013.

I can't sit here and act like I know these workers financial situations. And I'm sure nobody wakes up WANTING to go to court. But for the sake of the industry, I wish some of these types of cases made it to trial.

Settlements allow companies to continue to do whatever abusive practices they do. While the trials (should the company lose) would actually force real changes for the better.

But again, I'm not in these workers shoes and I can understand them not wanting to risk it.
