Ubisoft Take Gold at E3

Gamer Euphoria staff member Tom writes:

''With e3 done and dusted, it’s on with our lives as usual and back to keeping our ears to the grindstone. It’s no mean feat to look at everything objectively, especially considering the major levels of razzmatazz that each company pulled in order to grab our attention.

Being totally honest with you I love the idea of new IPs, but I can’t ignore the excitement I have for some of my favourite franchise’s latest installments. Ubisoft have been a favourite developer of mine for a long time and have produced some of the most exciting IPs in my years of gaming including Splinter Cell, Far Cry and to a certain degree, Assassin’s Creed.''

Watch Dog's looked great but Rayman Wii U looked really fun. Music section had me giddy!

In that case Sony takes Platinum. Cause most seem to think Sony had better showing than MS or Nin... With the exception of Rayman and ZombiU Ubisoft games are coming to PS3. So again, Sony takes it... At any rate I'm happy to be a gamer...

My 2cents...

Most seem to think? Who are most? You mean on this site??? :/

Most real gamers say MS and Sony had an even showing with Ubisoft easily taken the win.

@ StreetsofRage.. In that case Sony still took it. Ubisoft coming to all platforms but sony had stronger exclusives.. So they get the edge.... No?

StreetsofRage5093d ago

I see what you're saying. But who's saying Sony had stronger exclusives? You're saying Halo 4, Gears of War 0, and Forza Horizons isn't strong? :/

Besides the watch dog game being ran on a high end pc and not representing a console game in any form or fashion i still think ubi did very well. I dont even really like AC games but i was really drawn into this one and how it looked. The revolution period really drew me in.

I use to look down on Rayman until I played it.

Great job and well deserved!! Watch Dogs looks like it's gonna be an amazing game and I'm really excited for Assassin's Creed III.

I can't sit here and act like I know these workers financial situations. And I'm sure nobody wakes up WANTING to go to court. But for the sake of the industry, I wish some of these types of cases made it to trial.

Settlements allow companies to continue to do whatever abusive practices they do. While the trials (should the company lose) would actually force real changes for the better.

But again, I'm not in these workers shoes and I can understand them not wanting to risk it.
