Our observation radar station in San Fransisco (code named E32012) recently spotted an approaching alien scout ship. An XCOM unit was dispatched to the landing site. We have news and video from the battle, and an excepted date of arrival for the alien fleet.

XCOM: Enemy Unknown rebooted the series back in 2012, and has since inspired numerous new strategy game series to be born.
If someone gets into this I'd recommend getting the enemy within version. It's got all the dlc included so it's the better version. Wish the author would've atleast mentioned it. I didn't see it.
Fantastic game though. Xcom 2 is top notch also. I've spent countless hours in these games.
Phoenix point if I remember was created by the original xcom developer or something to that affect. I did try gears tactics some months ago and I just couldn't get into it. It's probably just me
It was, but it was really closer to the newer XCOM than the older ones. Gears Tactics was okay but was hard to get into knowing there probably wont be a sequel.
MicroProse just announced 5 new games, Neyyah, Let Bions Be Bygones, Crossover: Roll for Initiative, Tiny Football and DROP
Ohh man. I remember MicroProse back in the late 80's and early 90's on the C64 and Amiga. They always put out stellar titles back then. Having seen the trailers, it's really sad to how far the company brand name has fallen.
The very first game that i brought physical copy, F15 Strike Eagle III. Still have the box until today.
It's been many years since I heard the name MicroProse. Remember them from the X-Com in the 90s.
I am actually quite looking forward to seeing what this game will come out like. Looks like four player CO-OP as well.
