DualShock Nexus: The trailer for Injustice: Gods Among Us was released not too long ago, and it looks as though NetherRealm Studios weren't done messing with MK VS DC as they did with a certain fatality in Mortal Kombat. This time it looks as though they're bringing the heat (vision) while they sip on their tea with a monocle on their eye.

Injustice: Gods Among Us launched 10 years ago today, birthing a brand new fighting game franchise from NetherRealm Studios.

Injustice turns ten years old today, so let's look back at why it matters

10 years on from the original release of Injustice: Gods Among Us, NetherRealm's other fighting game deserves recognition.
I hope this game is gory.
They weren't "mocking" it was more of a nod in their direction. Like friendly humor about it.
I think this was obviously coming. WB owns it, and fighting game clones used to be all over. WB owns DC, why not utilize the assets?
This is the first time someone has used the New 52 costumes. That's good enough for a buy from me.
If it goes to the style of combat like in the newest mk I will pick this up as I liked mk vs dc just some of the combos were just ridiculous to pull off. If it stays true 2d instead of the side step garbage spinning in circles this will be great. They can pull out all kinds of characters with this game that was left out of mk vs dc. Bane/penguin/darkseid/aquaman/ riddler. A marvel game with this style of play would rock. Marvel vs dc would be pure money mk style.
I hope the studio won't only limit themselves to creating MK clones
