Updates Battlefield 3 Needs ASAP

1) Kick functions should be reserved for admins and NO ONE ELSE. Not playeed MAG on PS3? Players will kick a player just because they are a squad leader and they want that position.

2) Tank is powerful enough, 1 round will disable a jeep and usually kill all people on board if not leave them with next to 0% health.

3) Can't be arsed to go through those.

4) I never lag or get disconnected. Game has frozen 2-3 times in 250+ hours of gameplay.

5) LMGs shouldn't have ANY use unless prone, its a SUPPORT weapon and should act as such. Players getting headshots from the hip at 50m is something these guns shouldn't be capable of.

6) Jets underpowered, you having a laugh?

7) Alongside engineer, assault easily has the best rifles with the M320 option and the chance to revive players. Again, how is that underpowered?

No way are Bipods OP, They are the most unreliable things in the game. They SHOULD give a much greater bonus compared to what they currently do. However, I do think they should only be available for the Support and recon class.

Agree completely, all these weapon changes are just done because a minority group of players complain. They want guns they use to get boosted and ones they don't to be nerfed. All these pandering updates to weapons piss me off.

Well, I agree with all of them other than the voting one. In quite a lot of games with voting systems like that it doesnt work. People just vote yes as soon as the voting thing comes up without looking at the persons stats or anything. As soon as somebody brings you up, you're out. A better idea would be vote to change map, or mode or something.

im sorry what? they increased the accuracy of the pod rockets, flares now reload faster, and the gun has longer range.

I just want the game fixed so that I can actually play through a full 1000-ticket game without my console freezing.

That, or have the ability to see in the server list immediately which servers have altered ticket levels, so I know which servers to avoid until they fix it.

Not considered the fact its your console thats potentially f*cked and not the game?

I've played in games that have gone on for hours recently and I can't recall the last time my console froze.

I've got a brand new slim and it happens to me all the time. Other people I know too. Somethings wrong with it. Not sure if it's crappy internet or the servers or what.

It happens to both PS3s and 360s, and to both new and old consoles. My console is only a year old, and my issue is one shared by many people with almost always the same scenario:

Playing 1000+ ticket game, usually on Metro, or 300+ ticket Rush. Near the end of the game, it freezes.

Seriously, just Google it instead of blaming it on the console. My 360 never freezes for any other game, never freezes under any other scenario. It's SOME form of glitch or memory problem.

Are you one of the types that says that PS3 users don't experience controller lag just because YOU personally don't, or the type that says the same about Skyrim frames-per-second drops?

I have an old 40GB PS3, have played around 250+ hours and had the game freeze on me a handful of times. I honestly can't recall the last time it froze and I play in 1000+ ticket games often.

I'm running the same proprietary hardware as all these other players, same firmware and same patched version of the game. If you worked in a technical role supporting a game like BF3 and everyone had the exact same setup yet a minority were experiencing technical issues what would you be pointing the finger at? Going on that logic you would obviously be looking at the hardware as the cause of the issue, not the game.

The bugs need fixing again.loss of sound still happens alot and also the soflam and stinger combo isnt a 1 hit kill like they said it would be.be lucky to actually hit a locked target last night.ps3

Get rid of campaigns, move the game to mobile, and try to compete with warzone. They would save time and money.

DICE have already stated that they actually don't know how to. They literally have no idea what made BC2 so good and clearly have no idea how to repeat it.

Which is so ignorant it almost physically hurts.

They have the damn templates lol. Everyone LOVED Battlefield all the way up through BF4. Everything after BF4 is where fans started getting divided because they started dumbing down the gameplay.

So they need to go back to the favorites. Bad Company 2. BF3 and BF4.

Take those games. Take the exact same gameplay. Update the graphics. Add some different game modes. Make new maps. Add new guns. Choose two armies. And make a single player campaign.

That's seriously it. They need to quit trying to make BF something it isn't. They have everything they need. Why they can't figure this out just hurts my brain trying to understand.

BF3? They need to go back to BF2 for the mainline. Heck, I'd settle for true-to-source remakes of BF2 and BC2 (w/ Vietnam). Everything they've done in the 'modern' era is just bad.

I've not played 2042 myself but after v I don't feel like it. I played a few hours of v with friends but it feels ultra sterile I can't figure it out but the game looks and feels clinical. The storys in the campaign were also bland and uninteresting and felt like a dull trudge through checkpoints as you waited for an ending.

I've played the franchise dating back to it's original PC launch and PS2 spin off games I did enjoy 1 overall and it's take on placing you in different scenarios and battles was interesting but not all that good imo as you couldn't really connect with any characters longer than 2 hours.

hardline for all the hate it recived was a fun story and a new take but a bad mp game

I feel like v overall was the turning point and instead of showing the gritty reality of war they turned everything sterile and presented it in a clean cut boring frame in order to pump it full of weird micro transactions overall they spent far to much time on trying to implant ray tracing and other graphical flourishes and forgot to make the game enjoyable
