RPS writes: According to The Elder Scrolls Online game director Matt Firor, the series’ online spin won’t be quite as social as expected. At least, not completely. “We have a whole part of the game that’s 100% solo, and that’s the main story,” he explains to an invisible interviewer in this Game Informer video. “Everything you do is solo and the world reacts to you that way.”
Isn’t it about time we just admitted this isn’t actually a good thing?

This is about 8 years too late.
MMORPG's are shit to me, Played Eqoa for years and it was the best mmo I ever played. This massively single player crap that started since wow just turned the whole genre to crap.
kinda agree with the author here, something has to change, this is kinda like running a mile on the same route(quests and wat not) with sevral different pairs of shoes(different games both single player/multiplayer), it may feel completely different with each shoe but its still the same thing, that goes for both single player and multi player expirences, when you try to combine single player quests with multiplayer company its like wearing two different types of shoes when you run it just feels different and your still running the same route, whether you like it or not, its just the same thing repeating with different worlds, lives, fantasys, etc
